Shipping Information
Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, Scrub Addict does not currently ship orders outside of the United States.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer flat rate shipping via USPS.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order will take 7 to 14 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive an email to confirm your order and shipping.

How do I place an Order?

Online Orders
When placing your order through the site, you have the option of creating an account. Creating your own Scrub Addict account allows you to store your contact and address information, adjust account preferences and view your order history.

Order Confirmation
Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email confirmation of your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?


At Scrub Addict, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your scrub addict purchase, Scrub addict will gladly exchange it or refund the original purchase price. Return requests will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that have not been used, altered, or washed. Item must be returned with original packaging.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after our receipt of package. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Refunds may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fifteen (15) business days of our receiving your package, please contact us at
